I went in the weekend to BitSummit in Kyoto Japan. It was a great experience meet a lot of people from all over the world.

This events helps you meet with companies and other Indie developers and maybe find your new team or inspiration for your game.

I was able to show off a bit my game to some developers and was able to compare and contrast where my game is and what might it is messing.

And also was able to get inspiration what would I do from my game when it is ready for really.

I do think if you are creating your own game it is a great way to stay on the right track and keeps you motivated. I wish I have this kind of event in my home country
